Skills & Knowledge Evaluation

Our skills and knowledge evaluation is reccomended for returners to the industry, those who feel that they need some additional training or those who would just like to know at what level their skills are.

Anyone who wishes to take part in any short refresher courses would have to undertake a one day skills and Evaluation day before a personalised course can be developed. The fees for the Skills and evaluation day are subtracted for Refresher course costs.

What is evaluated?

Prior experience

Prior training

Hair dressing skills, i.e. cutting, styling, colour techniques, colour knowledge, theory, learning styles, strengths, weaknesses.

As well as assessing practical and theoretical knowledge we will evaluate other skills needed to be a successful hairdresser, i.e. confidence, client relations, column building etc
