Meet the Team
Riccardo
Riccardo has been with the company for 20 years since leaving school in 1990 and trained in the Buchanan Street Salon working through the ranks to become manager in 1998. Then achieving his goal in 2004 of becoming the first assistant to progress through the system and become a franchise owner. Having spent time in the RRI art team doing shows all over the world and a twice member of the prestigeous schwarzkopf young artistic team Riccardo went on to become trainer, manager and now concentrates on running his succesful salon.

Jennifer
Jennifer started with the company in 2007 working at the Rainbow Room International Academy on our Fast Track course which includes intensive training 5 days a week for 9 months. Following her training she came to work at the Ayr salon and has worked her way up the promotion lader to Senior Stylist. She enjoys working with her clients to create new styles and looks forward to meeting new clients and her next promotion.

Christopher
Christopher started with Rainbow Room as an assistant and worked his way up through the promotional ladder to achieve Senior Stylist status in 2011. He believes in treating each client as an individual to help them achieve and maintain their perfect style.

Linzi
Linzi joined the team as an assistant in 2008, and has since worked her way through the RRI educational system, graduating as salon stylist in 2011. Linzi is a very chatty, pleasant girl who takes great pride in her job and making her clients feel + look fantastic!!

Guido
Guido older brother of Riccardo joined the team In 2004 to help manage the Ayr Salon. There isn't any request too small or too big for Guido and he prides himself in making every client's visit as memorable as possible.
Clare
Clare has worked her way up through the training regime at Rainbow Room International. She is now at stylist level and she is looking forward to welcoming new clients and building a great clientele. She is passionate about all aspects of hairdressing and looks forward to creating new styles with her clients.

Rachel
I trained with RRI at the RRI Academy and Fame Academy and am now fully qualified and working full time at RRI Ayr! I have always been incredibly motivated, especially when it comes to making my clients look and feel fabulous. Hopefully I will see you in the salon soon so I can do the same for you!
