Luke Walton: Art director, with the Rainbow International Art Team has just returned from a succesful trip to Russia where they dazzled the audience with a superb show of hair and fashion.
Luke writes a regular column for the Italian hair magaine 'Tocada' as well as doing makeovers, hair styles, step-by-step guides and cover styles for many magazines and oher publications.
