Returns
We offer a 'no quibble guarantee' and if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days in it's original condition within 30 days of the date that you received it. unopened and unused. (with any seals and wrapping intact) and we will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item. Please note: we will only accept the return of open items if they are found to be faulty.

If you have a complaint about any of our products, let us know by email, telephone or in writing and we promise to deal with your complaint within 7 working days.
