PURCHASING HELP
To make a purchase simply click the buy button next to a product or voucher's details. If you wish to purchase more than one of any item type the number required in the box next to the buy button.

Continue adding products or vouchers until you have everything you require then click on the checkout button, this can be found at the top of every page in the Store.

Enter your name, address and contact details as requested, click the 'continue button.

Enter your payment details as requested, click 'Finish'

PAYMENT INFORMATION
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Switch as well as cheques.

If you are using a credit or debit card you will be asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process.

Your details will be send via our secure server and payment gateway.

CHEQUE -If you pay by cheque your order will be processed once we have received and cleared your cheque. To pay by cheque please print the page containing your full shopping basket and send with your name, address, telephone number and email address to:

DELIVERY INFORMATION & COSTS
Vouchers will be delivered FREE OF CHARGE. If you require special delivery this can be arranged by calling 0141-226 4351 and will be charged at £3.75 or current post office prices in the case of price increases.

Delivery on other goods will be calculated at the checkout when you have finished adding goods to your shopping basket.

Allow up to 28 days for delivery, although we will endevour to dispatch all orders within 7 working days. If you require goods urgently then please call for a special delivery quotation on 0141-226 4351.

VOUCHERS - REDEEMING
Hair and Beauty Salon Services - To redeem a voucher in one of our hair Salons, make an appointment at the salon of your choice where you can use your voucher, all or in part, for any of the services we offer. For Salon contact information see our salon information pages.

Beauty Programmes - Call the Rainbow Room Beauty & Spa to arrange an appointment. At the time of booking you will be requested to pay a 25% deposit. If the programme is prepaid then 25% of the value of the voucher will be taken as a deposit.
Please note that if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice then the deposit becomes non-refundable.
To avoid disappointment please book appointments well in advance. Please consult with one of our therapists at the time of booking to ensure maximum benefit from your choice of Programme.

Products - You can redeem vouchers in whole or in part for Products in any of our Salons. You currently cannot redeem your voucher for products from our OnLine Store.

VOUCHERS - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Salon & Product Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Vouchers purchased for Programmes or specific treatments are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

Vouchers redeemed in part will be debited by the amount spent, with the residual amount remaining on the voucher.

Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash, in part or in whole.

25% of the value of a voucher will be deducted on booking one of our Beauty programmes as a deposit. This becomes non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

To avoid disappointment please book any Salon appointments in plenty of time. Having a Voucher does NOT entitle you to an appointment if we have no vacancies.

RETURNS
We offer a 'no quibble guarantee' and if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days in it's original condition within 30 days of the date that you received it. unopened and unused. (with any seals and wrapping intact) and we will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item. Please note: we will only accept the return of open items if they are found to be faulty.

In order for us to process your refund please return the original delivery slip including a note of your reasons for returning the goods. Wrap the item(s) securely in it's original packing and send to the following address:

We will notify you when we have processed your refund. We recommend you use a recorded-delivery service for your protection.

Please note we will not refund the costs of posting.

At Rainbow Room International we are committed to protecting your security and privacy.

We know that when you shop online, you want to know that your name, address, credit card details and any other information you give us is kept safe and secure, and we promise to do that.

Because we know how annoying junk mail is, we promise not to pass on your e-mail address, home address or any other details to any party.

Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00.
