We are so excited to get back into the salons and to get back to doing what we do best - Making you look and feel fantastic!
Your health and safety is our number one priority , therefore we have some important information and guidelines to share with you:
Visits will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY, no standby appointments available.
Until the salons open we will only be taking bookings ONLINE, we cannot take email bookings at any time, but telephone bookings will be available from the 15th July.
We have made to decision not to increase our prices at present but will add on a Covid surcharge of £5 to each client visit which will help to cover our costs. This is a temporary measure which will be in place until trading restrictions are lifted.
Before attending your appointment you will be asked to complete a health and contact details form.
Please form a queue, keeping a distance of 2m when checking in, if necessary please queue outside. Sanitize your hands using gel provided. Please be on time, we may be unable to accomodate you if you are late for your appointment.
We will perform a quick contactless temperature check.
Please only bring essential items and the card you will be paying with. We will not be accepting cash payments at this time. Please do not bring large itmes to minimise contacts on surfaces.
Please arrive wearing a face covering/mask. We will supply one for you that should be worn at all times during your visit.
Please adhere to any floor markings and social distancing signs. Do not handle any retail products in the salon.
We will be able to offer you water if required.
We will still give you the warmest welcome and a big smile, but no hugs or handshakes
To limit client flow and encourtage distance we will be staggering the appointment times
You will be seated keeping a social distance from other clients, or in a 'safe zone' where perspex screens will be placed. Please let your stylist know if you need a bathroom break to keep visits to the toilet facilities strictly one person at a time.
All staff have received in depth training on disinfectant and cleansing protocols and in the use of PPE and have undertaken coronavirus e-learning. Risk assessments have been taken and are available.
All tools, stations, chairs and equipment will be sanitised between each client and hygiene in the salon will be maintained to the highest standard.
