COVID-19 Procedures

Thank you for your support during our closure - We missed you.

We are so excited to get back into the salons and to get back to doing what we do best - Making you look and feel fantastic!

Your health and safety is our number one priority , therefore we have some important information and guidelines to share with you:

GUIDE FOR CLIENTS

Visits will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY, no standby appointments available.

3. CONFIRMATION

Before attending your appointment you may still be asked to complete a health and contact details form.

4. ARRIVAL - Social distancing and hand sanitising.

Please form a queue, keeping a distance of 2m when checking in, if necessary please queue outside. Sanitize your hands using gel provided. Please be on time, we may be unable to accomodate you if you are late for your appointment.

5. TEMPERATURE CHECK 

We will perform a quick contactless temperature check.

6. WHAT TO BRING

Please only bring essential items and the card you will be paying with. We will not be accepting cash payments at this time. Please do not bring large itmes to minimise contacts on surfaces. 

7. WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES

Please arrive wearing a face covering/mask. In accordance with The Scottish Government Mandatory Precautionary measures, masks will be worn by both staff and clients.

8. ADHERE TO FLOOR MARKINGS AND SIGNS

Please adhere to any floor markings and social distancing signs. Do not handle any retail products in the salon.

9. Please DO NOT bring any food or drink into the salon.

We will be able to offer you water if required.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

 

1. ALL STAFF WILL BE WEARING VISORS/MASKS

 

2. CONTACTLESS GREETING

We will still give you the warmest welcome and a big smile, but no hugs or handshakes

3. STAGGERED APPOINTMENTS

To limit client flow and encourtage distance we will be staggering the appointment times

4. SOCIAL DISTANCING

You will be seated keeping a social distance from other clients, or in a 'safe zone' where perspex screens will be placed. Please let your stylist know if you need a bathroom break to keep visits to the toilet facilities strictly one person at a time.

 

All staff have received in depth training on disinfectant and cleansing protocols and in the use of PPE and have undertaken coronavirus e-learning. Risk assessments have been taken and are available.

All tools, stations, chairs and equipment will be sanitised between each client and hygiene in the salon will be maintained to the highest standard.

We can offer a safe zone/screens if you are vulnerable and require extra safety procedures.
